Apple products suck I own a 16GB I touch that I purchased a little over a year ago and now the jack for head phones only play out of the right side (known problem). My wife took it to the apple store and they said $150 plus tax will fix it. I suggest buying a Sandisk if you what a good player that will last at a fraction of the price.
