Apple products suck I own a 16GB I touch that I purchased a little over a year ago and now the jack for head phones only play out of the right side (known problem). My wife took it to the apple store and they said $150 plus tax will fix it. I suggest buying a Sandisk if you what a good player that will last at a fraction of the price. A couple of years ago I bought a Square Trade warranty for my son's IPOD touch. I also added the accidental damage coverage for a little bit more. In the meantime, because I changed my e-mail address, and could no longer find the warranty information to see if it had expired, because it stopped working. I contacted Square Trade about the warranty and they found it, verified it was mine, asked what was wrong with the Ipod, and sent me the mailing label, so all I had to do was pack it up. Then...about a week later, I received a check for the purchase price of the item, which had reduced in price. Customer service is incredibly competent, kind, knowledgeable and communicative.
