A couple of years ago I bought a Square Trade warranty for my son's IPOD touch. I also added the accidental damage coverage for a little bit more. In the meantime, because I changed my e-mail address, and could no longer find the warranty information to see if it had expired, because it stopped working. I contacted Square Trade about the warranty and they found it, verified it was mine, asked what was wrong with the Ipod, and sent me the mailing label, so all I had to do was pack it up. Then...about a week later, I received a check for the purchase price of the item, which had reduced in price. Customer service is incredibly competent, kind, knowledgeable and communicative.
